SET (0) Form - Section 6.1 - Date of First Entry

Dear All,

I am filling the SET(O) form now. In section 6.1, they are asking the date for my first entry to the UK.

I have been lawfully staying in the UK since 1997. My history is as below:

Sep 1997 to Feb 2004 - Student Visa
Feb 2004 to December 2008 - Work Permit
Dec 2008 to now - Tier 1 General

I can't remember the actual entry date as I do not have my old passport with me. It has been nearly 15 years ago. Is there anyway I can find my first entry date?

Wp visa start date if stamped in UK.
