SET O Form Tier 2 with dependent at same day service.

Dear Members,

Could you please guide me about my ILR application at PEO services.

I m on tier2 visa and wants to apply for my ILR as i have completed my 5 years on Tier 2.

My spouse is my dependent since i got Tier2 visa and staying together with same address, later we had Kid which was borne here in UK and staying with us.

I m confused with ILR application form (SET O). Do I need to fill any other forms for my dependents or SET O form will do for myself and my dependents together.

( I want to apply ILR for myself and my 2 dependents on Same day)

Please advice me.

Set(o) is the correct form. However, as your child was born in the UK you do not need to apply for his/her visa. Instead, save the money and apply for the child to be registered as British as soon as you have ILR (assuming that is what you want). The child is entitled to such by virtue of section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act, the form is MN1.
