Thank you to all the knowledgeable folks helping people on this forum.

I have a few questions about SET M ILR Application:

My initial partner visa was granted on 18.11.2019, am I right in thinking my qualifying period starts on 20.10.2024 i.e. 28 days before my 5 year anniversary? It starts 28 days from when you entered the UK, not when visa was issued.

The property we recently bought is in my name alone No problem with that. They know you're married, will this be an issue? Alternatively, we have a joint tenancy which expires a week before the assumed qualifying period stated above, could I use the joint tenancy address for proof of accommodation and state a different postal address for correspondence? Use the new property

If using the new property, as the land registry document is not ready, would an online mortgage statement suffice as proof of accommodation? That's fine.

Finally, I have worked for the same organisation since 2018, but my job role has changed in the last couple of months and is likely to change again in the next week or two, do I need to explain this in a cover letter or provide my 6 months payslips which will have three different job roles specified on them? The don't care about your job role, they care that you're getting paid around and above the asking.
