Set (M) on-line form

My Russian wife and I are currently going through the on-line Set (M) form.
We got to where you have to list all previous addresses you have lived at in the past two years .We have lived at our current address for only one year, so we put our previous address in the box provided. We assumed the next question would be to submit our current address....but the form does not provide additional boxes for other addresses. Instead it proceeds with a different question. Which address should we be putting down?

Just you last address is enough
