Set M - Other marriages section

I've just gone though the whole section of entering details for my current partner/spouse.

The next section is titled "Other marriages or civil partnerships", and the first question is "Are you currently married or in a civil partnership with another person?"

I'm sure I'm overthinking it, but I find this vaguely worded. And either way I think about it, it doesn't really make sense.

If they're asking if I'm married - I just answered all of that, why ask again?
If they're asking if I'm married to an additional person other than the person I just told them about - how could I be?

How do you think this question should be interpreted?
