SET(M) - public funds query!

Post by nbaloch » Wed Jun 15, 2011 1:15 pm

I just went to all the topics and didn't find anything reated to my query so posting it.

I am applying for SET(M). I am on marriage visa and no recourse to public funds. My husband (has ILR) claims child benifit for our two kids [both are british passport holders](which goes to my account i.e he gave my account info while he being claimant) and he claims child tax credit as well (which goes to his account) so my question is while filling the form, am I suppose to say no to claiming child benifit and ctc ?

hope I explained my question.
