Set(O) or Set(F)

Hi
I need to apply ILR for my children and it’s directing me towards a Set(F) application online. Wanted to confirm it it’s the right form to fill?

I have become BC now but came on Tier 2 General. Family arrived a year later in 2014. Wife also got ILR last year and waiting for oath ceremony now. Children in question are on Tier 2 extension till 03/2022.

You may have chosen online that your children are family member of a British citizen hence you got SET(F) as recommendation. That is not accurate. SET(O) is the correct form as they are under PBS route.
