Set(LR) under process and applying for dependant visas

Hi,

I have completed my 10 years in the UK and have applied for my Set(LR) application.
Given my biometric appointment on 23/Apr/2021

My dependants (wife and 2 kids) have thier T2 dependant visa till 16-May-2021 and so I have to apply their visa even before my ILR decision is done.

1. What is the visa type I need to apply? I was told it is FLR(M), is it correct?
2. What are the docuemnts which I need to submit for FLR(M)
3. For the address proofs, I was told that I need to submit 6 documents shwoing joint names, is it correct?
4. I have the council bills (which covers 2 years) on both of our names. Is it that I need to show all other bills/statements with both our names for 2 years?

What else should I submit.
