SET (M) Visa Application - In person - R.e. date given??

Hello,

I will be applying for my wifes indefinate leave to remain application (SET M) was looking to apply in person at Croydon Office

The only date available was 25/07/2012 which happens to be the expiry date / 'Valid to' date on my wifes current Visa (Spouse visa)

Any idea if this would cause any issues to be applying on the very last day of the Visa?
