Post by Bunny47 » Wed Mar 27, 2019 12:37 pm

Non eu family member of EU citizen and

Hi members,

I got married to eea citizen in November 2011 came to UK February 2013 on eea family permit and was issued residence card in April 2014 which expires 27 April 2019.

Now me and my partner living separately from 2017 with no contact at all. Not sure if she's working or not, Have no idea if she applied for PR but she been living here since 2009/10.

I'd like to hear from you guy what options do I have as a was working for whole time and claimed no public funds at all.

Getting any help from her is unlikely. YES WE ARE STILL legally married.

If you came to UK in February 2013 like you said and you still married and have hold of your marriage certificate you can apply for sattle status it's over 5 years passed since you been to UK and if you was working since 2013 so will be easy for them to track you

Thanks buddy.

Can travel for week out of UK and enter back before 8-9 days of my residence card expiry date?

And are you sure they not going to ask me for her document with application?
