EU SETTLEMENT CARD NOT RECEIVED

HI all

Hope you are all ok.

I got a quick question as i don't know what to and everything is shut.

I have applied to change my EEA BRC to get a EU settlement scheme card. The decision letter came and i was told i will received the new card shortly and my EEA card was cancelled.

My eu settlement has not arrived and after inquiry i was told they tried to deliver but didn't find anybody (although they have not left any leaflet).

I am told the card is still with them but they can't send it out now because of the covid situation.

I have an emergency travel to make so i was wondering can i use my EEA brc to travel since it is not expired yet or will i have issue coming back to the UK since in the decision letter it has been said that the EEA card is now cancelled.?

I hear people are getting their EU settlement card delivered, Can you share some light on how i can contact the home office to get mine as well
