Settlement? EEA citizen > UK naturalised

Hello all, I'd greatly appreciate advice on the correct application route for my wife in the following scenario:

- I'm an EEA-born holding an EEA passport
- I moved to UK and employed there since October 2011
- I got married in 2012 with a EEA woman who lived in an EEA country at the time and and still lives in a EEA country
- I acquired UK PR in October 2016
- I got naturalized and got UK passport in January 2018
- I still retain my EEA citizenship and passport (dual-citizenship)
- My wife intends to now move and work in the UK
