Eu settlement scheme family permit for spouse/partner

Post by Namwanja87 » Mon Jul 29, 2019 12:22 am

Hi there,

I have a spouse visa. I applied as British spouse visa, but my husband is both British and EU. He was in this country 15 years ago as eu and got naturalisation 4 years ago. Can I apply for EU settlement scheme as it say if you are s non eu and you are married to British citizen who was also an eu before becoming a British citizen I can apply. I have contacted the visa resolution and told me am eligible but your opinion matters from this forum as it helped me with my visas that ended up not using a lawyer at all. Thank you in Advance
