settlement

Post by KUMARI » Wed Oct 15, 2014 8:49 pm

Hi!
I came to this country as a student in 2003 then met my husband & got married in 2010. My husband is a British.
i applied for my FLR(M) in 2011 august but was granted 3 years Discreationary Leave to remain till september 2014 ,as i failed to produce life in the uk & my application was late by 3 days.now i applied for my extension on FLR(O) & was granted another 3 years of discretionary leave till october 2017.but now me & my husband are not in good terms so we are separated living apart.
i can apply for my settlement only in 3 years so when i'm applying for my settlement in SET(O) form do i need to produce any evidence to the home office that i'm still with my husband
can you please help me
