Settlement Visa Advice

Post by hasan5863392 » Sun Oct 11, 2009 10:32 am

Hello Everyone...
After a very long search on the web i found this forum very useful.
İ did search up my problem from a few sites but couldnt really get any solution. So would very much appreciate it if anyone out there could assist me..
First of all i was born in London 1976..So i got my British Citizienship from Birth..İ do also hold a British Passport..We moved back to Turkey when i was 12..Now im 34..Living in Turkey..Married for 7 years..And have a child aged 6..Which i did register for overseas birth and also got him a british passport due to overseas birth...Now i want to move back to settle in the UK with my wife and child..No problem for me and my child because we are citizens but my wife probably needs a visa..Checked the settlement visa which i think is appropiate for our situation..But in the visa form and documents needed they request accomadation and wage slips etc...
İ have no home in the UK and no jobs at the time.İ will stay in my cousins house for a short time then rent a place..İ also have an work offer from a company..So instead of these documents would it be equivilant if i attach a letter from my cousin to state i will accomadate with him for a particular time and a letter from the company stating i will work for them for a particular salary..What will be your suggestions..??

Hi Hassan,

Please see frequently asked questions on Accommodation and Maintenance.

I am sure the offer of Job letter stating your possibly salary or wage, together with an undertaking from the accommodation provider will suffice.
