Hi all,
I hope that somebody can provide some advice as me and my wife are a little concerned about her recent Settlement Visa application.
My new wife had a meeting in Mexico City on 22nd July 2015 where the forms were checked along with biometrics. We took great care to ensure that all the docs were provided, alongside employer letter, wages slips, bank statements, photos of us together/ our wedding etc.... We comfortably meet the financial requirements too.
We noticed a couple of days ago that we have omitted one form, by accident, that being Appendix 2. We have subsequently emailed the UK Visa address as well as the Bogota office and we have recognised the omission and asked for advice re next step - we asked can we email, fax or courier appendix 2 to them. We have received no direct response to our questions (email was headed as URGENT and was written very politely and positively).
Does anyone have prior experience of such a case? We are hoping that we will be asked to simply provide them with the missing Appendix 2 - is this likely? As you can imagine, we are questioning whether it is possible that they could refuse the Visa purely on the basis of a missing appendix!?
Thanks in advance for your help
Paul
