dear reader ,

i applied for settlement visa since 30 october , but they gave me a

meeting for my interview on 31 /01/2008. is it normal process ?

if my first application refused , how many day it will take of time to get an

appeal against refusal?( any information please about appeal i do not understand )

iam moroccain and my wife british citizen.

we got married on october, we have met several time before .we have

evidences like :emails , chat, mails, western union transfert of

money,birthday cards -engagements cards -wedding cards,gifts recipts...

i already applied for student visa but got refused and i did not applied

against.

my wife has her own home with 2 floors with 4 bedrooms and living room

and diining room and Spam and bathrromm and garden and garage.

she has permanent job with income of 3000 pounds.

iam also has job in morocco with income of 3000 dh permonth, in

addition i got offer of job in uk as receptionest in a hotel .

our wedding was in morocco and my mother in law was here with us .

we had lot evidence that we spent time together like renting appartements and hotels and cars .we got lot picture as evidence.


please can any one commonet on my situation and help me with my

interview according to the informations i wrote above .
