Settlement LR Visa

Hi Immigration Board,

I need a big favour. I am planning to apply LR visa in this month. I have already searched and printed the application about 3 months ago. I then again yesterday wanted to check in the internet whether I have used the latest version of the application that I filled in. But it is not possible to find a pdf/paper version in the internet.
In the https://www.gov.uk/long-residence/apply-to-settle site it says "YOU MUST APPLY ONLINE". I really confiscated should all the applicant apply online now? Is this premier method? I do not want to get one day service or anything like that. I prefer standard way.

please help me to understand this.
