I came to the UK on 13th June 2007. My current Tier5 Visa will be expired on 12 January 2017, no gap, been aboard for 270 days total so far, no more than 6 months any time. I am 32, single and have no family here, studied a degree and have been working and a tax payer. I am short of 5 months for 10 years long residence. I am hoping that the possibility to get the ILR in my case in very positive. I read on line, and people suggest to apply for FLR(FP)first and then vary it to SET(LR), is it?
I do have read many people's post here, e.g. gameover786 who short of 3 months and got his PR, Singh 21 , pink85, tajammul77 and d3thmark.... ( sorry, if it offends anyone due to listing these)
I have read that tajammul77's last post dated in Sep last year that he was waiting for hearing in September 2015. Pink85's post 4 March got bioletter. d3thmark has a most similar case to mine, but only read that his application was rejected in June and re-apply it....
Have I missed anything? as I am newbie here, I can't use search tool to find out these people's past posts. I'm asking the question that you guys might already known. Im not sure with tajammul77 and d3thmark's cases so far... Please could anyone tell me if you have read their updates which I might have missed?
I will appreciated your help, and believe that good things will return to you too.
