Short term visa to Long term visa dependent

Hi,

My wife is going to UK on short term visa (11 months), post 11 months she would be on cooling off period. After her departure I would be leaving for UK in 3 months approximately on long term ICT visa (3 years). So I want to know if she can stay with me as dependent or she can't come to UK while cooling period as a dependent to me.

1. Can I transfer her visa to ICT long term visa's dependent before 11 months or her visa's expiry post that can she stay in UK till I am there?
2. Or when her visa expires can she stay in UK as my dependent for the time I am there in UK and also can she work as dependent if she can stay?

Kindly help me know answers to this as my decision is dependent on clarification of above questions. Appreciate your response!

once u are there, she can change her visa to your dependent at any time before her leave expires.
she can do this within the uk.
when she has the dependent status, she can continue to work for any employer.
