Should i apply hsmp or not...

Hai,

I am 26 yrs old married man, done my Msc. in 2005 from UK univ.and got work permit since then.

I am elgible for hsmp now, I am scared now please help me..

If my company some how come to know that i applied or applying hsmp, will they sack me.....can in UK any employer sack his employee easily.

What i should do?

HSMP is my personal issuse not related to any my employer...

If you're afraid of applying for HSMP, then perhaps you oughtn't to do it. It seems less risky simply to remain on your work permit, given your concerns. AG

Agree with gordon. Unless you want to switch job in the near future, better to stay on work permit, less riskier. WP is already mature and HSMP could change anytime.
