Should dependents change visa once main gets citizenship?

Hi all
I have ILR and will be eligible for citizenship soon. My family have a dependent visa under me, which is still valid for another year. Should they change their visa from ILR dependant to BC dependant once I am granted BC?

There is no difference between being a dependant of somebody on ILR and a British citizen. It is the same category.

No.

Your family extend their leave under the same route they currently have.

There is no such thing as an ILR dependant or BC dependant visa.
