Should I mention my spouse in Dependant details

Should I mention my spouse in Dependant details

I obtained endorsement and I apply for GTV. I inputted info on my spouse in Section "Spouse / partner details" but in Section "Dependant details" I answered "No" to the question "Does anyone rely on you for financial support?" supposing it does not concern a spouse because the suggested list did not mention "spouse". Is it right?

It is based on your own interpretation of financial dependent. That spouse is not mentioned does not mean your spouse can nor or does not rely on you for financial support.
It's straightforward answer truthfully as it applies to your circumstances.
