Should i need Business Visa when i have HSMP

Hi,

I am stuck in the a situation i have HSMP but never travelled till date.
Visa is valid till 2012

I have to travel for 1 week to meet my team in UK...
I am confused if i should apply for Business visa

Tier 1 (General) leave is to live and work in the UK. For business visit to UK you should apply for (business) visitor visa.

If you apply for entry clearance as visitor and are granted leave, your Tier 1 (General) leave will be invalidated.
