Should previous UK immigration applications include tourist visas?

I am applying for BC and am thrown off by the following question:

Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?

I had initially entered details for my tier 4/student, tier 2/skilled worker and ILR applications, but as I was reading more on this I found out that I also may have to enter details about my tourist visa applications. Is this true?

No need to include visitor visas.
Only list leave applications up to ILR.
