BC simple caution

Post by F3y » Tue May 02, 2023 10:42 pm

Kindly help me with my query please. I have ILR and want to apply for naturalisation this month.

1) I had a police caution in 2011 (12 years ago)

2) In 2021, I bought a friend's car, SORN'd it and packed it in front of my flat. Apparently it's a public road and it got clamped and I paid a fine to get car back. 3 months later, in Nov 2021, I received a letter from Police/DVLA (sorry i don't remember exactly who sent the letter) to pay a fine or go to court. I paid the fine.

My questions is:
- Will these 2 offences put my naturalisation application at risk of refusal please?
- Do I have to declare these 2 offences when filling my form please?

Thank you.

Declare them. They would have no negative impact on your application.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
