Simple question, sending in dependent visa from usa

Simple question, sending in dependent visa from usa

Thank you for the service of this forum.
My wife has an ancestry visa, and I am applying as her dependent. I had to fill out the application (dependent working visa non points specific, over six months) online, and it says I have to send it to the NY UKVI office if it is a non-settlement visa, or to Sheffield if it is a settlement visa. I can't determine which to send to. Any help would be appreciated, as I am hoping to send it today after my biometric appointment.
