My situation, your opinions?

I am a 27 year old US citizen married to a foreign national, I will be filing for divorce soon and I would like to relocate to the UK as soon as is reasonably possible. I currently work in the US as a systems administrator and in the past 12 months, before taxes, I've earned over $80,000.00 USD (OANDA values this as slightly over 55,000.00 GBP). I do not have a degree from any university or college, but I do have a few industry certifications, CompTIA A+, Network+, and Microsoft's MCP certification. In addition to this I have about 7 years of relevant work experience, 4+ of which with my present employer.

I am considering applying for the Tier 1 visa, here is a brief run-down of what I have toward the requisite 75 points.

Based on my age, I am awarded 20 points
Being from an English speaking country awards 10 points
Having funds in excess of 2,800.00 GBP as listed awards 10 points
Having earned > 55,000.00 GBP within the past 12 months awards 35 points

So this brings me up to 75 points without taking qualifications into account .

Now, for the questions:
1.) Do the immigration authorities care about my marital status; am I better of to wait for my divorce to be finalized?

2.) Seeing as I have already achieved the 75 points required, do I still need to contact the UK NARIC? If so, are the credentials I have listed significant enough for me to be accepted? (in your opinion of course)

3.) Do I seem to be a likely candidate to be granted a work visa?

You need a total of 95 points (75 attributes + 10 English Language requirement + 10 maintenance fund)
Without formal qualification, one will be eligible to qualify only if he makes £150000 or more.

ah... my mistake... thank you for catching that I thought something seemed odd when i already reached 75 points...

Is there any chance UK NARIC would grant a bachelors degree equivalency (even if i achieved CCNA and MCSE certifications) or at a minimum the 20 points i would require to reach the total of 75.

Try UKBA points calculator to see if your qualification/certifications are listed there and If you get any points for them.

If you do not get any points I do not think UK naric will give you 30 points for bachelors degree.
