skilled worker application only dependant received decision

Hello,

I submmited skilled worker application (extension in UK) with my wife as dependant end of March. We submitted police certificates as requested later (mine was requested two weeks ealier than my wifes'). She received approval by email this week but I am still waiting for it. Is it normally the main applicant will be approved first? Should I contact them or wait. Please help, thank you!
