I intend to apply for Canadian PR at Buffalo. I am having Btech degree from an Indian Univ. as per Buffalo checklist , you need to provide original transcripts for degree in Univ sealed envelope. I do have my detailed mark sheets for each semester, can I provide a notarised copy these in place of original transcripts. As it would be quite dificult to arrange original transcripts from univ in India as I am living in US.
