Skilled Worker Dependant Visa Renewal for Husband working outside UK

Hi,

I am on a 3 year skilled worker visa due for renewal in 2025. I moved to the UK in 2022 along with my husband, however, he soon got a job in middle east and moved there. Even though he visits me every month, he does not meet the 180 days a year threshold.

I understand that he would not be eligible for ILR, but my question is that would there be any issue in renewal of his dependent visa in 2025. Is his visa renewal simply linked to mine or would he need to pass the 180 day check even for dependent visa renewal.

Just to add, we recently jointly purchased a house in London and he transfers his salary every month to our joint account.
