Im asking on behalf of a friend who is seeking some guidance regarding dependant visa application inside the UK.
He came to UK with his wife on Skilled worker-Dental nurse 6133 in March 2024. While here, he was blessed with a daughter.
He started the application for a dependant visa-skilled worker and there are two questions he is seeking guidance on, if possible.
1- is the job on the immigration salary list?
Nothing mentioned on the CoS which he obtained back in 2024 to suggest yes or no.
2- He is making the application for his daughter who is 3 months old. On the documents list, they asked for a “letter of consent from your parents/legal guardian”. Is this something he needs to write and sign with his wife for their daughter?
Would appreciate any advice on this and thanks in advance.
