Dear Experts
We are looking to hire a skilled worker from within the UK - the prospective candidate came to the UK in 2023 March on previous rules and we are now potentially looking to hire her and obviously a new CoS will be required. I would like to know if she will still be eligible on old Salary threshold as per the transitional arrangement - So far according to sponsore guideline SK 6.20, she still qualifies for old rules / salary pre 04th April . Can anyone comment / confirm ? Thanks
