Skilled worker to FLR (HRO) to skilled worker visa

Post by anan6099 » Thu Jul 18, 2024 1:38 pm

Hi,
I was on a skilled worker visa for 3 years.
My employer upon renewal had exhausted the CoS limit and we couldn't raise the CoS in time.
My employer hasn't received its sponsorship license yet. So they have applied me in FLR (HRO) visa and I'm awaiting my decision.

My Question:
If my FLR (HRO) application is approved and then I switch over to the skilled worker visa route, will my earlier 3 years prior to FLR (HRO) approval be counted towards ILR after I switch back to the skilled worker visa route?

Each time you switch your 5 year clock resets to zero.

I doubt that your FLR(HRO) will succeed. Hopefully, you may vary this application before the decision.
