Skilled Worker New Salary Query

Post by Rawat » Mon Jul 29, 2024 11:57 am

Good afternoon,

May I ask you a question regarding creating a Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) inside the UK for a skilled worker?

What would the new salary be with a new employer if an employee wants to change their employer, given the scenario below? I would be very grateful if an expert could help me with this. Thank you in advance.

Current Information:

Defined COS created on 2 April 2024
Salary in current COS: £26,200
Job role: Chef
Job Code: 5434
Need to change the employer:

COS to be applied within the UK
New Salary: ...........? (Not sure)
Please help me find the appropriate salary and explain the process of calculating the salary for future reference. I want to ensure that the visa will not have any problems based on the declared salary.

Many thanks in advance.

Regards,
Sam
