skilled worker sheme

I am a non visa national to Canada, Do you think it is easier or faster process to apply to the skilled workers sheme in canada. I think the process takes longer from outside maybe 1 year plus

Unfortunately you cant apply for skilled worker immigration from within Canada. You have to apply it from outside Canada and processing time varies depending on visa post. it could take from 2 years to 5 years or more depending on visa post

Thank you Ali for your response I figured that much, I thought If I had gone up there say on vacation I could stay and at least start the process.

You cannot start the process with a visitor visa or vacation. You can only start the process if you have a form of temporary stay (Work permit, student visa, dependant visa etc) but no 'vacation' visa would allow that. You can explore the BUNAC route too if you want.
