Skilled WOrker VISA extension

Hello,

I am on skilled worker visa and arrived to UK on 26th October 2022, there are some discrepancies in my BRP start date and passport stamping start date:

On the BRP the date of issue is 20.07.2022 and valid till 5th June 2025.

But i was given visa to enter the country on my passport as starting from 15/09/2022 to 14/12/2022, so i had to arrive in UK on 26th October.
Since i had given 3 years of IHS surcharge and VISA but i got VISA only for 2 years 9 months.

Now i need to extend my VISA but since on i am on skilled worker VISA so now the company will give only 2 years of VISA to make it 5 years but du to this discrepancy i now only will have 4 years 9 months VISA.

Can anyone advise me on this what can i do ?
