Skilled Worker Visa Interview

Is the home office also conducting interviews from Skilled Worker Visa Applicants ?

Or only the job offer sponsor conducts the interview ?

Not for the job application process. UKVI might interview once a visa is applied for but it is not common,but it does happen.
