Skilled Worker Visa, New Entrant and Immigration Salary List

I am applying for a skilled worker visa as a carpenter. This jobs is on the immigration Salary list so as I understand my minimum salary is able to be 30% less. However, I also qualify for a "New Entrant", as I recently graduated from am Masters. Can I double up the reductions and be paid 70% of the normal salary list, and then 70% of that because of I am a New Entrant?
