Skilled Worker Visa

Hello,

My cousin's skilled worker visa been accepted, her children's refused due to sole responsibility.
My cousin started work here, but had to go back to Turkey as she left the kids with her parents only for temporarily until their visa has been approved, but they are refused. Her ex-husband doesn't want anything to do with the kids.

My question is; she is in good terms with the sponsor, so if the sponsor informs Home Office about this situation now, they will cancel the visa. Both the sponsor and my cousin would be ok with that decision.

But when she is ready with the kids to re-apply again, will that be a problem with Home Office saying that this person's visa has been cancelled before, so why would we grant the visa for second time?

Please help

When ever she will be ready the issue of sole responsibility will still stick out like a sore thumb.

Instead of cancelling now and reapplying later why not make efforts to resolve and prove sole responsibility?

Hello, thank you. We tried everything, school letters, doctors letters, etc. We could update the court order with another court order which will remove the visitation times and child support, this is the reality, but then this will be counted as self-serving. So we are literally lost... Is there anyone here whose application is approved after refusal?
