Skilled Worker Visa Withdrawal and Interview

Hi,

I am posting this for my cousin. He applied Skilled Worker Visa. Due to some someone health issue in family. He wants to withdraw it for now. He informed his employer that he wants to withdraw his visa application. Next day UKVI emailed him for interview. His employer did not withdraw Cos and before his withdrawal. UKVI Email came for interview.

Question: If he withdraw the application and apply next visa after few months (Student Visa or Skilled Worker if he secures Cos Again). Will this withdrawal affect his future application of student or skilled worker visa?
