Skiller Worker visa CoS code and salary query as per 4 April 2024 Immigration Rules

I am a 38 years old widower and I have recently finished my Masters in Management Sciences (Level-7) and my grades have been awarded, Currently I am on student visa.

I have applied in Sales department of a company. My employer is willing to offer me following Skilled worker visa: Occupation Code: 4151, Which is
Job Type: Sales Administrators
Job titles:
Online sales assistant
Marketing administrator
Sales administrator
Sales coordinator

It's Standard going rate fir this job type is 30960£. My query is regarding changes made on 4 April 2024, Immigration Rules with increase in salary which is 38700£.

Following is my query:

1. What will be the salary on my COS? 38700£ ?? (Gov UK website said which ever is higher).

But in one case I can be pay less i.e. 80% of the 38700£ (which is 30960£). "When you can be paid less" section said , as I am a recent graduate.

2. What Related Job titles from that occupational code will be chosen and put on COS?
