How helpful is the Skills matching database for applications for Australian immigration.??

How many have had success finding a real job (that they liked) thru this?
I'm curious about the percentage.

Please share your success stories. In particular I'm interested in knowing about cases for Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Chemical, etc.)
