Slovak Permanent Residency

Post by kingpin4414 » Tue Mar 08, 2011 3:47 pm

I am an American citizen living in Slovakia, with my wife. I have currently turned in all the forms for residency, except for one, and that is my FBI record check. I received it today and it had a charge on it from 4 years ago. It was a misdemeanor and I was fined, though none of this information is on the check. I still have to get the document translated.

Does anyone know if this will be a problem? I have not had any other law violations in the US or Slovakia since, not even a ticket.
