SoC code conversion and Job Title for Extension

My current job title is Publicity Assistant (SoC- 3433)
Current Salary £24000

For extension I have to use the SoC conversion to 2472 Public relations professionals, experienced salary limit: 23K.

Example job titles for this code which closely matches my role is Public Relations Officer.

My question is what job title should I be showing in the new CoS??

Should I be applying as Publicity Assistant or Public Relations Officer?

P.S. : i created a new topic to be more precise on what i need to ask as i do not have much time left. I need to apply in the next 10 days.
