SOC Code query- Tier 1 enterprenuer extension

Hello Guys!

I am on Tier 1 Enterp (50k) and got visa about 1 and half years ago and used the soc code of software engineer /IT consultant at the time of initial application. My question is do I need to show all my contracts exactly related to the software engineer expertise or is it ok to mix other contracts with different codes because I have got some more expertise related to network technician and is related to the contract on site which I am working at the moment which is also NVQ level 4.

I think there is no need to mention the soc code at the time of extension but not sure if the case worker will check /match with the initial soc when i applied this visa?

Sorry another different question- How we are going to show the invested money(e.g 50k) to HO at the time of extension. Are we going to give them all three years bank statement or accounts by the accountant as I have noticed in the extension form there is a table to add all the list of money invested with all relevant details in the business but not sure what documents exactly we need to provide them.

Any help will be highly appreciated !

Home office has acknowledged that initially produced and shown business plan, may or might not work in the future, so they understand we can switch or mix max the activities remaining within the same registered organization or regenerating totally new [its' written in the policy guidance].

However, what I believe is we shouldn't be doing any low level business activities majorly. Your case sounds okay for me, as you said that belongs to NVQ level 4. What I have done is, I have 4 active departments and each departments follow different activities and all they belong on NVQ level 4 or above. But I had submitted business plan just like this at the time of application. Nevertheless, like you, I am also exploring more avenues to generate more revenues atm.
