Solihull premuim centre appointment

Hi
I booked my spouse visa premuim appointment as solihull centre next week at 1pm. My husband got a call from private number , the women said to him we have to come earlier at 11:30 am . His English is not very good so he didn't ask her why . I can't find a contact number or email for them. Has this happens to anyone before ? Why would they change our appointment time. can someone who applied in the solihull centre tell about their experience , the staff the place the waiting time etc
