some clarification on period of earnings

Hi guys

Can you please clarify something for me!? Or better to say please let me know if I am understanding it right !? I am planning to apply in october but will present payslips from 01st of Aug 2009 til 31st of Aug 2010 , do I fall within 15 months??? In my case will be it be 12 consecutive months within 15 ?

First of all 01st Aug 2009 to 31st Aug 2010 will be 13 months not 12 Months.

you can take period Aug 09 to July 10 for meeting requirements

Ok guys i got the point. I have payslips from 01 aug 2009 till 30th of july 2010 ...can i apply in october..will i still meet the requirements?
