Attended the document submission on 17/08/19 for a standard application. Did all the biometrics and simply told the documents were good and should now wait to hear from UKVI. I wasn't even asked for originals.
1: How do I know that the application has been submitted properly?
I didn't receive any confirmatory email. Everything looks same on the portal. I can still remove and re-upload documents.
