Spainish Residence - Wants to work In UK

Hi All,

I have been Pakistani National , living and working in Spain for past 5 years, in 2 weeks i am getting Spanish Residence card.

Now I want to work in United Kingdom, I have an employer in UK who is offering me job there.

I want to know, if I am allowed to work in UK?

If i am then what process do i follow?

If I am not allowed to work in UK, then I want to know.... when i will be allowed to work in UK?
